The Auld's Cove Lobster Supper restaurant is authentically Acadian from its management and staff to the traditional recipes, as well as the decor. It is situated in the midst of vibrant Acadian villages from Pomquet to Tracadie and Havre Boucher and across the Causeway to Isle Madame.
We'll use our home page to highlight the key features of our restaurant so people have the information they need at their fingertips. Recipes used here come from the descendants of the people who developed a "bountiful table" by using the produce of their farms and the seafood of thier harbours.
